On Wednesday, 21 July 2017, the Chargé d’Affaires of the German Embassy signed an agreement with the Chief of Staff of the Ethiopian Armed forces, pledging Germany’s support for the construction of a new accommodation building inside the newly established “Peace Support and Training Center”.

With a view to supporting the implementation of Agenda 2030, Technische Universität Dresden is offering four Environmental Management courses in 2017/18:

The courses are designed to prepare the participants for future tasks in environment-related planning, coordination and management within ministries, agencies and local governments as well as NGOs in their home countries. Participants are expected to have several years of relevant professional experience and to be nominated by their institution in a developing or emerging country. The program is funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety.
